The popular Jewish blessing says, "May you live to be 120!" In Yiddish, the saying goes, "Biz a hunderdt und zwanzig!" No matter how you put it, it's the ripe old age to which Moses lived. Now Manischewitz® has reached that ripe old age too–––and we're still going strong!
In fact, we're expanding. This year marks the first Passover we used our brand new state of the art facility in Newark, New Jersey, to bake the holiday matzo, and we look forward to baking with it for generations to come.
If Moses were still alive, he would have turned 3,400 years old this year on the seventh of Adar (March 14, 2008). While we may not make it to 3,400 (who knows?), we could not have made it half as far as we have without you, our beloved customers.
Thank you for celebrating this joyous birthday with us. May you, too, live to be 120…and beyond!
