1934 - Rabbi Manischewitz's son, Max, grants the use of the Manischewitz name to Monarch Wine, agreeing to produce the wine while adhering to strict kosher guidelines.
1938 - During the golden age of radio, the company sponsors Yiddish programs whose primary audience is the large Jewish immigrant population that settled in New York and other cities during the first half of the century.
